Ritual duration: 3,5h

The Healing Sauna Ritual is a unique, deeply personal process designed for emotional healing and the release of inner blockages. Rooted in Latvian healing traditions, this experience helps to address long-standing emotional wounds and resolve interpersonal knots.

It is perfect if you have been carrying a painful issue for a long time and are ready to face your emotions, letting go of destructive patterns – resentment, anxiety, fear, and both conscious and unconscious pain. The ritual can be experienced individually.

This is not just a sauna visit, but a transformative wellness ritual in Latvia, where body, mind, and spirit find harmony.

The ritual includes:

• Greeting with a herbal infusion
• Introduction to the sauna master and creation of a personal intention
• Entering the sauna and warming the body for deep relaxation of both body and mind
• Rest outside the sauna while enjoying herbal tea
• Preparation of a natural herbal scrub
• Scrubbing in the sauna to wash away what is old and unnecessary from body and mind, while working with intention
• Tea drinking and tasting of traditional Latvian snacks
• Energetic whisking to instill new strength, trust, and a refreshed outlook on life
• Resting and grounding after the ritual
• Tea drinking and conversation to anchor and strengthen the intention
