This Sauna Ritual is an indescribable practice... I already visit regularly and it never ceases to amaze me with the results.... I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!!

I have never experienced anything like this before, despite the fact that I have been to the sauna many times. Going to the sauna and the sauna ritual are two very different things 🙂 Anna gives herself completely to your well- being, puts her heart and soul into what she does.

Special! One word needed!
What a wonderful experience in Latvia! Loved every minute of it and Oleg - sauna master was amazing! If in Riga - it’s a must! 👌🏼…

We had a really nice experience at the Latvian Sauna Ritual 🤩 Our Sauna Master was the best, we really enjoyed the heat, the treatments, the talks, the cleansing, the whisks and the relaxing moment outside. We came to Riga for this, and we have absolutely no regrets, we will do it again. Truly an amazing experience, better then words can describe, Thanks 🙏😍

If you are planning a trip to Latvia, definitely make time for a sauna ritual. As a Finnish person, I thought I knew almost everything about sauna, but I was wrong.
Sauna master Anna created a safe and friendly atmosphere for the sauna ritual. She is genuinely interested in sauna and mental well-being. Warm thanks to Anna!
