Ritual duration: 3,5h

The Latvian Sauna Ritual is an invitation to slow down, release tension like clothing, and return to your natural rhythm. This authentic Latvian wellness experience is perfect if daily life feels like a hamster wheel and you are experiencing high levels of stress. You won’t need to do anything – your only task will be to fully relax, unwind, and allow yourself to be taken care of.

Rooted in Latvian folk traditions, this ritual has the power to calm your mind, restore energy, strengthen vitality, and expand your positive outlook on life. Through the whispers of steam, the lightness of air, the touch of earth, the flow of water, and the warmth of fire, you will experience a deep physical and mental release.

This is more than just a sauna visit – it is a holistic Latvian spa ritual that brings harmony, balance, and rejuvenation.

The ritual includes:

• Greeting with a herbal infusion
• Introduction to the sauna master and the flow of the ritual
• Entering the sauna and gently warming the body for complete relaxation
• Rest outside the sauna while enjoying herbal tea
• Preparation of a natural herbal scrub
• Scrubbing in the sauna to enhance body cleansing and bring mental clarity
• Tea drinking and tasting of traditional Latvian snacks
• Energetic whisking (using natural herbal whisks) to boost vitality and inner strength
• Resting and grounding after the ritual
