Consultation

A conversation before the sauna ritual, discussing the health status and wishes of the sauna lover. Agreeing on the most suitable sauna ritual for the sauna lover and booking a time.

I advise new bathers on performing a healthy sauna ritual, creating scrubs, tying brooms and give recommendations on sauna construction.
