3. Payment Terms

The settlement currency on the website is Euro (EUR). Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, operated by Maksekeskus AS:

• Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor

• Estonian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

• Lithuanian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

• Finnish internet banking payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki

• Visa/Mastercard card payments

The personal data required to process payments are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force upon successful payment to the online store’s bank account. If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered worldwide for an additional fee. Purchased goods are delivered using parcel machine delivery partners, courier services, in-store pickup, or other available options.

All duties and taxes payable to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer.

Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 14 business days.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days, in which case the customer will be informed accordingly.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. (Depending on the nature of the product, the Buyer may not have mandatory withdrawal rights; in such cases, the reason must be clearly indicated and explained). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purpose, and the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are used inappropriately or damaged, handled negligently, not used according to instructions, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the reduction of the product’s value.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it to the email address latviansaunaritual@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for return is that the product does not comply with the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller without delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the Buyer based on the Distance Contract.

The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received back from the Buyer or until proof of their return has been provided. If the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest option offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the additional shipping costs.

The online store is not responsible for delays, failure, or improper performance of obligations due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.

The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request the return of products from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for any non-conformity of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or defects that occur within 6 months from the date of delivery to the client, or that existed at the time of delivery, unless such assumption is inconsistent with the nature of the item or the defect.

The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 2 months after its discovery, i.e., by submitting a complaint. A complaint may be submitted by contacting the online store by email at latviansaunaritual@gmail.com or by phone at +371 28258008.

The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of the defects or the exchange of the goods for new ones free of charge.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance Contract. The Seller will provide a written response to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
